**Job Description:**_The Machine Operator 2 is responsible for operating production equipment and meeting area production goals ._**Duties and Responsibilities**+ Set up and operate assigned equipment+ May use computer to load printer software+ Load/unload sealing and printing equipment with product and packaging material+ Recognize and react to problems with equipment, make adjustments as required+ Inspect and verify product according to quality standards+ Work with Set Up Technician to resolve problems with equipment+ Clean equipment as required to ensure proper operation+ Break down scrap packages+ Able to work effectively within small teams+ Accurately complete scrap tickets+ Accurately complete daily production sheet+ Accurately update hourly goal board+ Maintain production pace and standards+ Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area+ Practice 5Ss**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**+ Understand and follow verbal and written instructions+ Basic math skills+ Basic mechanical skills+ Basic computer skills**Education and Experience Requirements**+ High school diploma or equivalent+ 1-2 years of machine operation experience_Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer._Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/DisabledWe endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
