Machine Operator / 1st Shift - Danfoss : Job Details

Demonstrates a commitment to maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area. Follows safety regulations and actively contributes to work safety. Must be able to operate multiple machines. Follows all standard work, control plans, all processes, and quality guidelines Perform all Total Productive Environment (TPE) activities as required. Verify that machine is running at proper cycle time. Secures holding fixtures, cutting tools and materials on conventional, special purpose, and numerical control (NC) machines. Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications using a variety of gauges making sure parts are within specified tolerances. Setting up, operating and dismantling of unit assembly and subassembly work stations. Responds with commitment and sensitivity toward satisfying the needs of internal and external customers.
