Machine Maintenance Technician - Randstad : Job Details

Key Responsibilit[ Key Responsibilities:\n\n\n\t\n\t. Set up, inspect, and maintain CNC lathes, mills, and gear-cutting machines\n\t\n\t\n\t. Troubleshoot mechanical systems (spindles, gearboxes, hydraulics) and electrical components (sensors, drives, PLCs)\n\t\n\t\n\t. Perform preventative maintenance and maintain service records\n\t\n\t\n\t. Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals\n\t\n\t\n\t. Support production by reducing downtime and ensuring machine accuracy\n\t\n\n\n. Requirements:\n\n\n\t\n\t 3 years CNC machine maintenance experience\n\t\n\t\n\t. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems\n\t\n\t\n\t. Ability to interpret schematics and troubleshoot controls\n\t\n\t\n\t. Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controls a plus\n\t\n\t\n\t.
