Our Principal Solutions Architects drive delivery excellence and ensure customer success. They are responsible for delivering high-quality AI/ML solutions, driving account growth, and engaging strategically with clients. We seek brilliant engineers and prescriptive consultants who embody customer obsession. Combining technical expertise with strategic insight and relationship-building is key to elevating our consulting services and client success.

As a Principal Solutions Architect on our Machine Learning Engineering team, your responsibilities include:

Technical Leadership and Delivery Excellence

• Architect scalable, high-performance end-to-end AI/ML solutions aligned with customer goals
• Lead a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to build platforms, pipelines, and products
• Communicate the business value and ROI of AI/ML solutions to diverse stakeholders
• Mentor team members on best practices in AI/ML architecture and technology
• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and methodologies

Client Engagement and Account Growth

• Build relationships with client stakeholders to understand their AI/ML objectives
• Design technical approaches and value propositions to advance AI/ML initiatives
• Identify opportunities for account expansion by uncovering unmet needs
• Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs with compelling technical proposals

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• 8+ years as a hands-on Solutions Architect, Data Scientist, or Software Engineer with complex AI/ML platform experience
• 3+ years in consulting leadership, managing projects and client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production
• Proven track record in account expansion, pre-sales, and proposals
• Leadership of cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and architects
• Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Vertex AI, SageMaker)
• Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, or similar languages
• Experience building and operating robust data pipelines from multiple sources
• Development of APIs and web applications (e.g., Flask, Django, Spring)
• Complete software development lifecycle experience
• Excellent communication skills for complex client relationships

Preferred additional qualifications include an advanced degree, relevant side projects, experience with ML libraries (h2o, TensorFlow, etc.), containerization technologies, and enterprise ML model building experience.
