This role is responsible for designing and implementing algorithm solutions, including fusing data from customers, applying analytics models, and delivering valuable results. The Machine Learning Engineer will collaborate with data scientists, Big Data teams, Java teams, project managers, and backend engineers to gather requirements, understand performance, and identify usage patterns.
Minimum Qualifications
S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fieldStrong fundamentals in computer science, debugging, and algorithmsExperience developing significant codebases and integrating libraries/frameworksProven experience in recommendations and information retrieval algorithmsInterest and experience in machine learning, AI, and real-world data setsStrong background in Data Science ModelsAbility to develop scalable data processing pipelinesCollaborate effectively with AI scientists and engineersProficient in managing and analyzing complex datasets using SQL or map-reduceProduction-level coding in Python, C/C++, Java or similarExperience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), including storage and compute servicesFamiliarity with big data frameworks like Cassandra, Spark, HadoopKnowledge of ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, FBLearner, TFX, MichelangeloAbility to succeed in ambiguous situationsExperience with industrial analytics applications in a commercial settingKnowledge of virtualization and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker)Familiarity with analytics frameworks like TensorFlow, Sci-kit learn, Spark, R, Python, MATLABPersistence and determination in experimental workAUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer, inclusive of female, minority, disability, and veterans.
