ML Engineer – Reinforcement Learning | NYC (Onsite)

We're building the next generation of autonomous AI agents—designed to solve complex, high-stakes tasks in healthcare, finance, and law with human-like judgment and enterprise-level reliability.

As an ML Engineer, you'll help scale our reinforcement learning systems and bring research into real-world production—transforming agent prototypes into scalable, safe, and performant AI systems. You'll play a pivotal role in designing infrastructure that powers agents capable of

evolving themselves.

What you'll do:

• Build and scale reinforcement learning pipelines
• Simulate thousands of agent environments with reproducibility
• Productionize cutting-edge research and training systems
• Own infrastructure for model training, evaluation, and optimization
• Collaborate with researchers to push the boundaries of what agents can do

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of ML experience (RL or LLM focus preferred)
• Experience building training pipelines at scale
• Background in RL, RLHF, or agent simulation
• Passion for AI safety, reproducibility, and performance at scale
