Responsibilities:

  • Apply algorithms to our business to improve customer experience, create operational efficiency, and enable our workforce. Make recommendations as to the best algorithms to use for different use cases.
  • Test, validate, and deploy algorithms into production-ready status. Ensure models maintain explainability to make decisions and choices around predictions and impact on the business.
  • Collect the right data for predictive modeling and algorithm development.
  • Work closely with business intelligence and data engineering to deliver on projects.
