Role Overview

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the Generative ML Platform team.

Responsibilities:

Create models that generate value for users, advertisers, and the company, focusing on adapting LLMs for text and multimodal challenges.

Promote proof of concepts and new features based on LLM capabilities.

Evaluate technical tradeoffs for decisions.

Perform code reviews ensuring high-quality code.

Build scalable, robust products with quick iteration.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms.

Deep knowledge of LLMs, multi-agent, and chat systems.

Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.

Problem-solving skills for ambiguous challenges.

Strong teamwork skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent experience.

3+ years industry experience in machine learning with LLMs, or MS + 2+ years, or PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in relevant fields.

Experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.

Experience with LLMs and system design.

Compensation:

In the US, salary depends on location and experience. For Zone A (CA, WA, NYC), $173,000-$259,000 annually; Zone B, $164,000-$246,000; Zone C, $147,000-$220,000. Equity in RSUs is also offered.
