The Role:

The Machine Learning team is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions, owning the full lifecycle from ideation to production. You will collaborate closely with the ML Platform and Data Science teams to maximize ML's impact across the business. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and help shape its future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing & Implementing AI/ML Solutions: Lead the development of scalable, high-performance machine learning applications that enhance user experiences and business operations.
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire machine learning lifecycle, working with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define problems, develop solutions, and evaluate impact.
• Driving Business Impact: Apply machine learning to solve complex challenges, impacting metrics like user engagement, conversion, and revenue.
• Leveraging & Contributing to ML Platform: Collaborate with the platform team to utilize infrastructure and shape future platform enhancements.
• Setting Technical Standards: Promote best practices in MLOps, code quality, testing, and deployment for reliable ML applications.
• Organizing ML Evangelism: Effectively communicate results and methodologies within the organization and to external stakeholders.

Key Competencies:Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in deploying end-to-end ML solutions, including model transition to production.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with good software engineering practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps.
• Hands-on with ML frameworks like PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, and knowledge in Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools, with interest in the latest AI developments.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Effective cross-team collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:

• Proactive learner, able to work independently, and eager for increased responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industry experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Performance Metrics:

Business impact metrics such as NARPAU, GMV, Revenue.

Note: Pay ranges are subject to market and individual factors.

Location: United States - $195,000—$230,000 USD
