Machine Attendant 12 hour night shift - Berry Global : Job Details

Quality Assurance by inspecting the products and escalating any quality issues. Conducts 2-hour visual checks as required. Continuously monitors Injection Machines' production and packs product. Ensures Injection Machine production is continuously and properly maintained and escalates any machine/production related issues to the Shift Leader and Technical Team. Ensures boxes are properly filled. Tapes and labels full boxes. Uses label maker/barcode scanners. Applies and maintains integrity of labels. Stacks full boxes on pallet. Continuously monitors Secondary equipment (conveyors, closing machines, grinders, bowls, carrousels, box shifters). Ensures secondary equipment is continuously and properly maintained and escalates any machine/production related issues to the Shift Leader and Technical Team. Removes any jammed parts from closing machines. Completes required documentation. Follows 5 S Daily Cleaning Checklist and escalates safety issues. Tracks productivity and quality findings....Shift Leader, Night Shift, Attendant, Shift Lead, Shifter, Manufacturing, Continuous
