Machine Adjuster Trainee - CENVEO : Job Details

Basic understanding and ability to operate an envelope machine Entry-level Machine Packer Training included Read and understand job packet and specifications Perform checks and roll changes Clear paper jams; restart machine Maintain ink and gum levels; perform viscosity testing Basic understanding and ability to make print changes Ability to mount plates; register color; troubleshoot Basic understanding and ability to window changes Identify correct window die, gummer, tooling Remove/install dies and gummer; troubleshoot Basic understanding and ability to make a full change Ability to complete size changes Remove/install parts; Time parts of machine to produce correct sized envelope Overtime as needed; Compliance with safety rules and regulations. Maintains clean machine and work area (sweeps, removes waste, etc). Other duties and assignments as required.
