M23 Senior Production Operator - D-Shift - Nights - Pfizer : Job Details

Self-motivated with ability to work in a team environment and independently. Work in a clean manufacturing environment, requiring special garments to be worn. Demonstrate proficiency in gown/de-gown (i.e. aseptic) process. Responsible for the proper operation of production equipment. Perform machine set-up, repairs, adjustments, changeovers, emergency repair/replacement, and preventative maintenance on production equipment per the applicable procedures. Interact and interpret data from production equipment computerized control systems and displays. Responsible for equipment efficiency, downtime, and scrap rate. Adhere to all safety requirements (e.g. PPE, LOTO, etc.) and process step requirements (e.g. SOP, Batch Records). Communicate recommendation and plan of action for equipment repair to supervisor. Communicate and inform management of all safety and/or quality issues.
