M&E Site Manager – High-End Residential (Mechanically Biased)Cranbrook, near Tonbridge£50,000 salary (flexible) or competitive day rateASAP start-------------------------The ProjectWe're working on a premium new-build residential development consisting of 4–5 bedroom homes, each valued at approximately £1.2 million.- Project value: £17 million- Current phase: Phase C – 11 months remaining- Future pipeline: Two additional phases lined up- Team on site: 8 permanent staff (4 electricians, 4 plumbers) – award-winning and highly experienced, all permanent staff- Systems: All new installations including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs)This is a self-delivering site. We're looking for a proactive Site Manager who can identify and resolve issues before they arise, and adapt plans efficiently while maintaining progress.-------------------------Working Hours- Core: 8:00am – 5:00pm / Most site operatives work 7:15am – 4:15pm- Flexibility based on your efficiency and site management style-------------------------The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone with solid residential experience, M&E sector or with a plumbing/mechanical background who has delivered residential projects for a Tier 1 Contractor.Essential:- SMSTS or SSSTS- Black CSCS card- Experience with fast-paced, high-spec residential projects- Strong knowledge of site procedures, health & safety, and quality standardsPreferred:- NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing/Mechanical, or time-served background- Experience with Tier 1 contractors-------------------------Salary & Package- Salary: £50,000 (negotiable for the right person)- Day rate: Open to discussion- 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays- Company phone- Pension- Immediate start availablePLEASE CONTACT SEAN HICTHMAN ON 020 7932 2800 / [email protected]
