Were seeking a detail-oriented M&A Transaction Manager Financial Strategy and Diligence to lead financial assessments for strategic acquisitions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial statements, building valuation models, and identifying risks that could impact deal success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial due diligence, including revenue, EBITDA, and working capital analysis.
  • Identify financial risks and red flags through deep analysis of financial statements.
  • Build and review pro forma financial models and synergy scenarios.
  • Collaborate with corporate development, legal, and finance teams.
  • Assess carve-out financials and develop standalone cost models.
  • Contribute to Quality of Earnings reports and valuation documentation.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Monitor financial assumptions and performance post-close.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred).
  • 5+ years in financial due diligence, transaction services, or investment banking.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, valuation, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with BPO business models and financial KPIs.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.

Physical Requirements
