$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to nursing home residents.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history

Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

Utilize PCC electronic health record system.

Adhere to professional nursing standards and follow established documentation guidelines

Long term care experience preferred.
