Reports To: General Manager or Assistant General Manager in their absence

Basic Function:

The Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager is a supporting management role focused on achieving store and individual sales goals through superior guest experience and expertise in fashion merchandise and timepieces. Responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, merchandise launches, product education, and training development.

Minimum Requirements:

• Meet or exceed three of five performance standards, including sales
• No recent Code of Conduct counseling
• DCA certified
• Minimum six months with the company or similar experience
• Completion of required training modules and quizzes

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests and promote sales, ensuring guest satisfaction and follow-up
• Supervise fashion and timepiece merchandise, including sales performance, promotions, and visual displays
• Develop and maintain product knowledge, train team members, and collaborate with vendor partners
• Assist with management tasks such as recruiting, scheduling, and addressing guest concerns
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security, and perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

Stand for long periods, reach, move among displays, handle merchandise, and see clearly to discern quality.

Work Schedule:

• Including evenings, weekends, and special event times as required
