As a Luxury Construction Field Manager at BCB, you'll take the lead on-site, overseeing complex, architecturally significant residential and boutique commercial builds. • Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities with accountability for project success.
• Execute complex building plans with an emphasis on custom detailing and high-end finishes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain schedule integrity and craftsmanship.
• Utilize Procore to manage digital plans, daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, and documentation.
• Implement lean construction tools such as pull schedules, lookahead planning, and constraint tracking.
• Anticipate and resolve field issues with creative problem-solving and real-time decision-making.
• Maintain strong site safety practices and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with project managers, clients, architects, and field crews.
• Represent BCB with professionalism and integrity in all client and stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-end residential or boutique commercial construction as a superintendent, trades foreman or subcontractor (e.g., a finish carpenter).
• Deep technical knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Experience working on remodels/renovations ranging from 300-2,000 sq ft and new builds ranging from 2,000-3,500 sq ft.
• Experience working on projects valued at $5+ million is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Procore or similar construction management platforms.
• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Experience in managing the full project life cycle from pre-construction to final walkthrough.
• High school diploma or GED required; advanced certifications preferred.
• BEST license/certification required prior to start.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead through influence and example.
• Candidates should be prepared to discuss cost per square foot of previous work and provide project examples during the interview process.
