Work Year Calendar and Hours Non-Benefited Position beginning August 20, 2025 Daily work hours: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm Salary $16.81/hour Role Lunch Monitors have the primary responsibility for monitoring student behavior during meal service, assisting with the cleanliness of the cafeteria, assisting with recycling, and assisting with the flow of student movement in the Cafeteria. Essential Functions Reporting directly to the principal or assistant principal, Lunch Monitors perform, at a minimum, the following duties: Follows established school routines, processes, and procedures as they relate to lunch, recess, transitioning, etc. Monitors student behavior during meal service or recess blocks during lunch, per established school expectations. Communicates with students and school staff in a positive and professional manner utilizing appropriate customer service and interpersonal skills.
