LUMBER CYCLE COUNTER - Ashby Lumber : Job Details

Count all lumber-related products on a four-week cycle. Collect and process cut sheets. Correct discrepancies as reported on the Negative Quantities report. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collect cut sheets from yard and surrounding areas - PIP inventory changes shown on cut sheets - Keep cut sheets and RPI for two months, stored in date order - Display each item shown on Negative Quantities report - PIP inventory changes as needed to bring items still negative back to zero. - If anything is unclear, count all items necessary to ensure the changes being made are correct - Keep cut sheets and RPI for two months, stored in date order - Count all lumber-related product on a four-six week cycle, as established by the count schedule - Research committed quantities in the system to ensure accurate counts - Discuss all significant discrepancies with Lumber Buyer to ensure accuracy before making changes. - PIP inventory changes for each count sheet and print RPI to report changes. - Post all RP...Counter, Manufacturing, Construction
