In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's Less-than-Truckload (LTL) routing, ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective methods are used. This position plays a vital role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our goods reach their destinations in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in dispatch and be well-versed in coordinating logistics, managing routes, and problem-solving.Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of LTL routing, ensuring all shipments are dispatched and delivered in a timely manner.
• Continually analyze and assess current routing methods, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with our logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Use routing software and systems to track shipments, manage routes, and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Resolve any issues or delays in the routing process, working quickly to find solutions and minimize disruption.
• Ensure all routing operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and present reports on routing activities and performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in dispatch, preferably in LTL routing.
• Proficiency in routing software and systems.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple routes and shipments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with clients and carriers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to routing and logistics.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze routing methods and identify areas for improvement.
• A degree in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
