Deliver clinical care under the direction of the Practice Manager and medical provider, in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Provide direct patient care including triage, vital signs, specimen collection, medication administration, and patient education. Support physicians and other providers in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Document patient information accurately and maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times. Participate in ongoing education and training through in-service programs, continuing education, and departmental competencies. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional clinical outcomes. Travel between Geneva and Penn Yan Urgent Care sites as scheduled or needed. Qualifications: Active New York State LPN license required. Experience in physician practice or urgent care setting highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
