🕒 Full-Time | 80 hours per pay period

💼 Open Shifts

Choose a schedule that fits your life:

• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (+$5.10/hr)
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (+$6.35/hr)

💵 What We Offer

• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
• (Paid over 12 months; 12-month commitment required. Not available to current/recent UVMHN employees)

🩺 What You'll Do

As an LPN, you'll provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN or physician. This includes:

• Administering medications and treatments
• Supervising certified nurse aides
• Supporting the Plan of Care for each resident
• Collaborating with the healthcare team

✅ What You'll Need

• Current LPN license in New York State
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Proficient computer/documentation skills
• Knowledge of the New York State Practice Act
