• Facilitate the collection of necessary patient information for scheduled visits.
• Accurately record and process pertinent information in patient charts and related paperwork.
• Accept and return patient phone calls, ensuring timely callbacks and prescription refills.
• Document relevant clinical information and assist providers with procedures as directed.
• Maintain aseptic technique and perform invasive procedures with appropriate training and skill.
• Engage in continuing education and self-evaluation to improve care quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current, unencumbered LPN licensure in the state of New York.
• Experience in acute care and/or office/clinic settings.
