• Provide nursing coverage on a 24/7 basis for the facility during assigned shifts.
• Dispense physician-ordered medication, perform assessments, and respond to emergencies.
• Communicate concerns with medical providers, the Director of Nursing, and administration.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal care for residents.

• Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.

• Full-time and Part-time positions available for various shifts.
• Pay: Starting at $28.50/hour, with additional shift differentials for weekends and evenings.
