Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – NUR150Location: Fishkill, NY 12524Worksite Type: Fully On-SiteEmployment Type: ContractKey Responsibilities

• Room patients and manage clinical flow
• Return patient phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Schedule appointments accurately
• Administer injections, vaccinations, and medications (LPNs only)

Required Qualifications

• Valid New York State LPN license
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in medical office or high-paced clinical settings preferred
• Must pass occupational health screening
• Professional certification required

• Adaptability and eagerness to learn

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs
• Travel: Occasional travel to Kingston, Rhinebeck, New Paltz, and Poughkeepsie (specific to coverage needs)
• No intra-shift location changes
• No home-based patient care
