• Room patients for appointments
• Administer injections, vaccinations, and medications
• Schedule follow-up and new appointments

Qualifications

• Valid New York State LPN license
• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree
• Professional certification required
• Must pass occupational health screenings

• Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Schedule & Details

• Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Work Days: Monday through Friday
• Occasional Saturday coverage (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs
• Occasional travel to Rhinebeck or New Paltz locations
• No intra-shift travel between locations
• No in-home patient care
