Full Time: Monday - Friday, Days St. Louis, MO and surrounding areas Pay Range: $58,000 - $72,000 As a Home Health LPN, you will deliver exceptional nursing care in the environment where patients are most at ease their homes. Your responsibilities will include crucial tasks such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing wound care, and educating patients regarding their health. To thrive in this position, you'll need to demonstrate strong skills in physical assessment and effective communication to carry out a personalized plan of care based on physician orders, utilizing insights from the initial assessment. You'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team, including other nurses, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
