LPN - Evening Shift - Phaxis : Job Details

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be required to perform the necessary functions to ensure resident/patient care safety and satisfaction. The LPN will assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned and will report to the Registered Nurse/RN Supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Valid NYS LPN license
• Previous LPN experience working with geriatric population required
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.

Pay Rate: $37.50 Per Hour #VS-3
