As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Essential Functions. Behavioral Health Staff Nurses hold a shift accountability to provide direct patient care by utilization of the nursing process in accordance with established policies and procedures.
