Administer nursing care to residents under the direction of a RN - Assist with treatments and procedures and carries out selected duties within the framework of the established nursing plan of care. Assist in the leadership of a team of C. N. A.'s. What you will need:Valid NYS LPN license 1 year of experience as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills 1 yr working in a skilled nursing facility. Experience working with patients providing dementia care. Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities.
