Low Voltage Systems Manager
Our Employee-Owned, LowVoltage Systems Division is seeking an experienced Low Voltage Department Manager in Northwest Florida. This is a FULL-TIME position, and we are seeking professionals who will play a critical role in driving maximum value within our accounts, taking full ownership of client retention and account development. Upon joining MetroPower/ESS, the Low Voltage Department Manager will adopt key stakeholder relationships with a portfolio of customers and be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities, managing projects, ensuring goals are met, and providing first-class customer satisfaction. Always perform business in accordance with PPC and MetroPower, Inc. mission and vision statements.
What you will do:
Support the development and execution of customer strategies that align with defined key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, cost savings, and profitability.Become a trusted advisor within your portfolio of customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs to our solutions.Develop and grow key customer relationships at multiple levels of the organization to open channels of communication and promote business growth.Manage projects and solve problems to drive outcomes for customers.Provide ongoing in-service education to clients on our products and services.Support strategic customer meetings to communicate best practices, business results, and successes.Support new software product installations or new program implementations at customer sites.Attend vendor shows, charity events, and other key events.Provide sales reports and monthly customer billing.Procure materials for awarded projects.Use estimating software to provide accurate pricing for customer solutions.Schedule direct reports to accomplish project completion that aligns with customer expectations.Benefits:

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Low Voltage System sales and/or healthcare sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Sales, Construction Management, or related field.
- BICSI Certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills, including understanding customer needs and translating them into operational requirements.
- Strong presentation skills in various settings.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a willingness to travel 25% within the territory from Tallahassee to Panama City Beach.
- Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
- Ability to think conceptually and apply practical solutions.
- Capability to self-start, demonstrate a solid work ethic, and aspire to advance.
- Strong engineering, project management, customer service, and computer skills.
- Team player with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with customers, principals, and sales teams.
- Knowledge in people management, annual planning, and project management tools.
- Basic business financial knowledge.
