What you'd do

We're looking for an experienced team lead for our low-voltage cabling division. Our dream candidate has several years of experience in low-voltage work, pulling and terminating cable for network, video displays, door access & security monitoring products that we offer. This candidate communicates well with customers, using they can understand in a patient, friendly and approachable manner. In fact, customers ask to work with them and rave about them behind their back. The candidate is able to lead teams while also helping to do the cabling work themselves.

What else you'll need:

• At least four years' experience in low-voltage electrical work, with a minimum of one year experience serving as a team lead or foreman
• Self-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work safely, independently, quickly, and efficiently while following instructions
• Team worker willing to do what it takes to get the job done
• Eagerness to learn
• Available for occasional jobs that require overnight stays out of town, work on weekends, or after hours.
• Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50- 100+ lbs.
• Ability to show up on time looking professional
• Valid driver's license & Clean driving record
• Willing and able to take & pass drug test
• 18+ years of
