Loss Recovery Analyst - Food City Supermarket : Job Details

Perform a variety of daily loss recovery (collections) duties with a concentration toward recovery of revenue loss at retail store or corporate level, due to returned personal, business, government, or payroll check items. This is a full time and hourly position. Essential Job Responsibilities: Direct customer contact by phone, e-mail, or letter in pursuit of financial recovery for returned worthless checks presented at our retail stores or at our Corporate Offices. Adhere to laws regarding collection of debts as established by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) Discuss and establish fair and practical payment arrangements with debtors. Evaluate likelihood of debt recovery to determine proper course of action to resolve the debt Utilize location and skip-tracing methods to locate debtors to educate of their debt and attain commitment to payment arrangements Thorough documentation of incident detail recorded within Collections System for possible escalation to ORC Team to...Recovery, Analyst, Collections, Technology, Grocery, Business
