Maintenance Technician - FLORIDA UROLOGY CENTER : Job Details

Essential Functions:1. Performs a wide variety of maintenance activities including but not limited to: painting, changing of light bulbs, correcting clogged toilets, lock replacement, etc.2. Hangs pictures, bulletin boards, etc within the office.3. Repairs office furniture within the capacity of given skill level.4. Maintains company issued tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe operating condition.5. Responds to emergency maintenance situations as needed.6. Performs all other duties as assigned.Education / Licensure / Experience:•High School Graduate or equivalent•Valid Florida State Driver's License is required•At least three (3) years of experience in related workReasoning Ability:•Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have thorough knowledge in computer information systems.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
