Must be 21 years of age

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to work overtime as needed as approved by a supervisor

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Must have basic mathematic and computer skills.

Must be familiar with order pulling and stocking procedures.

Must be able to communicate in professional manner.

Must have good decision making abilities.

Must be able to work independently and with little supervision.

Must have knowledge of basic accounting procedures.

Must be able to pass Background checks (i.e. Police backgrounds, reference checks)

The purpose and objective of this position is to meet the department's goals of correctly and accurately checking routes for overages and shortages. This includes but not limited to the following:

• Reviewing video on all relevant loads for any overages/shortages or breakage during loading and returns process
• Assisting with shrink research pertaining to overages, shorts, mis-picks, and breakage as requested by management and inventory control team
• Correctly document and distribute the video review logs
• Assist in the monthly inventory process as needed
• Review any loading discrepancies with the drivers or supervisors if needed.
• Ensure video reviews are performed within a 48 hour period of receiving the over/short report on each truck
• View video as requested by management
• Performing other duties as assigned by upper management
• Comply with all company safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

***General Requirements***

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
