Shift Details:

Days: Tuesdays Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM???? Must-Haves:

You MUST drive – occasional outings with the client may be requiredPreference will be given to those with experience supporting individuals with Parkinson's Disease???? Care Duties Include:

Assist with ambulation and transfers (wheelchair use varies day to day)Provide standby or hands-on assistance with toileting and provide full assists Prepare and serve mealsOffer reminders and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Medication reminders and logging medications administeredEncourage Hydration

Must be upbeat and friendly.
