This is our vacation home that we visit a couple times a year. It is an older home that needs quite a bit of attention as we are only there for a short time during the year and it tends to get a strong mildew smell from being vacant the majority of the year, and we found evidence of mice when we got there this past visit. We just want to be able to enjoy our vacation without having to clean as soon as we get there. There would be nobody there while the cleaning is being done. We will be planning to come after the cleaning is done so we can enjoy a clean vacation home.
