4 bedrooms, 3. 5 baths, new construction. Two adult occupants: 1 of which is there 8 nights per month, and 1 there 12 nights per month (lots of work travel and we use a second home every weekend). The house is extremely clean and tidy due to it not being used much and being new (we dont even cook there). However, just like an house it needs monthly dusting, vacuum, floor cleaning, bathroom cleaning, etc. to keep it well maintained.
