Long-term Nanny - NannyHeroesAgency : Job Details

Start date: August to mid-sept (mom is returning to work after maternity leave)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am- 5 pm (flexibility to work within 7 am - 6 pm, for when both parents need to be in office)

Children: 4-year-old (starting full day kindergarten in sept), 3- year-old (in 5 day, half day pre-k in September), and 6 month old

Compensation: ~$35/hr, 40 hours guaranteed per week, 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, ~8 paid holidays

Duties:

-Engage the children in age-appropriate educational activities (reading, puzzles, counting games)

-Safely drive the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, or appointments (will be added to family insurance and use family car)

-Prepare meals or snacks for the children and clean up afterward

-Light housework related to the children (tidying play areas, sanitizing toys, children laundry, etc)

-Assist with potty training or diaper changes for youngest child

-Support any early learning programs or school prep activities'

-Partner with parents to support the children's needs

The ideal candidate is nurturing, reliable, warm, energetic, detail-oriented, well-versed in milestones, a very safe driver, great communicator, and must have simultaneous infant/toddler experience. Must be seeking a long-term commitment to grow with the family for many years to come.

Requirements:

-Legally authorized to work in the US.

-Willing to be paid on the books

-Infant experience and experience with multiple kids (2 or more)

-CPR and First Aid Certified

-Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and clean driving record
