Job Title: Logistics Systems Specialist

Task 1: Services

The vendor shall provide support for the following functions:

• Identify and draft inventory management system changes and updates.
• Create implementation test scripts.
• Develop and update reports for users.
• Manage & support inventory management system projects.
• Serve as the functional and technical expert in:
• Systems planning, implementation, and sustainment for business enhancements
• Oracle System utilization
• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) planning and implementation
• OBIEE - Logistics and Inventory Reports
• Maintain oracle system setups for Order Management, Work-in Process, Inventory/BOM, and Warehouse Management Modules.
• Track system performance issues, test and correct scripts, and manage system enhancements.
• Understand end-to-end business flows and translate them into system solutions.
• Provide user training and evaluation for the inventory management system.
• Document procedures and conduct remedial training.
• Maintain supporting documentation for procedures and programs.
• Participate in quarterly Quality Assurance and Quality Checks.
• Analyze logistics functions and recommend improvements.
• Manage movement, storage, and planning of conditioned assets.
• Ensure documentation is complete and cGMP standards are maintained.
• Work with supply chain processes, including emergency shipments within 90 minutes.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent + 4 years' related experience.
