Logistics Specialist with Security Clearance - SkyBridge Aviation : Job Details

2 Openings Logistics SpecialistJob Duties:Candidate will be supporting the SMIT contract as a logistics specialist. The daily duties will include delivering equipment to the Navy base local to the area. The candidate will be using a car rented by the organization to make the commute and drop the equipment off.Candidates must have an active DoD Secret Clearance and a Clean driving record to be considered for the opportunity. The team is also looking for a candidate with a good attitude.The schedule will be Monday – Friday, normal working hours.This position is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity with a pay rate between $25-27/hr.• The logistics team would move devices from a delivery location to the final installation point.• Provide the unboxing and initial assembly of furniture for VTC.• Provide the unboxing and initial power up of printers and MFD's• Cleanup of the area removing all packaging and debris.• Provide for the removal of existing equipment• Place removed equipment in storage and/or prepare for shipment to a disposal facility.• Inventorying and validation of asset records to track all equipment• Responsible for the storage, maintenance, and safe use of equipment at the site. Must Have:• High school diploma• Current drivers license• Ability to drive moving vans, and box trucks• Ability to lift heavy objects• Ability to use transport dollies, stair climbers, hand trucksActive DoD Secret Security clearance
