The Opportunity:

We seek experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support the enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners' objectives.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Logistics Manager, Senior. This position supports the USAEUR Mission Partner PP&P in Wiesbaden, Germany, and is located OCONUS.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide logistics support for materials and equipment, including transportation, storage, and inspection at required locations.
  • Apply practical knowledge of supply chain strategies, export/import laws, customs, Government property management, inventory, and material handling.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, packaging, and material handling; report lost or stolen equipment and item criticality.
  • Conduct physical inventories, maintain equipment lists, and apply IUID labels per Army regulations.
  • Provide documentation such as Materiel Inspection and Receiving Reports (DD Form 250).
  • Track replacement actions, manage shipping and invoice documentation.
  • Maintain logs of software licenses and provide related documentation to the Government.
  • Perform monthly and cyclical inventories for enterprise equipment, including cryptographic items.
  • Ensure export/import licenses are valid, shipping documentation is accurate, and serve as Property Custodian as needed.
  • Manage GFP and CAP in accordance with DoD and Army regulations.
  • Support analysis of Product Handling, Shipping, and Transport needs.
  • Coordinate vehicle operations supporting IT and equipment logistics.
  • Develop and maintain logistics SOPs, TTPs, and guidance documentation.
  • Mentor other logistics managers and analysts.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and functions as a technical expert.
  • May supervise others.
Qualifications:
  • Current adjudicated Secret clearance.
  • BA/BS + 8-12 years of experience.
  • Extensive expertise in logistics management, supply chain, and warehouse operations within Government and military contexts.
  • Knowledge of export/import regulations, customs, and Government property management internationally.
  • Mastery in inventory control, material handling, shipping, and documentation, including cryptographic products.
  • Experience managing complex logistics operations, developing SOPs, and implementing procedures.
  • Mentoring and technical leadership skills.
  • Effective stakeholder coordination across operational theaters.
  • TESA eligible.

Desired:

  • Certifications such as CSCP, PMP-PMI, CPL, CAP, or related in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
  • Adaptability to changing operational needs.
  • Understanding of DoD Military standards and IT security requirements.

Pay Range:

The salary range is $67,800 - $142,200 USD, influenced by various factors including location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
