Logistics Manager - Accurate Personnel LLC : Job Details

Accurate Personnel is seeking an Logistics Manager in Franklin, KY that is

responsible for overseeing transportation operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs,

and fostering strong relationships with carriers and customers at one of the biggest

food and beverage distribution companies in the nation! The role involves managing

dispatch agents, handling load requests, negotiating rates, and resolving shipment

issues. Additionally, this position involves evaluating employee performance and

maintaining a positive work environment.

Salary: $62,000 - $68,500

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or 5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• 2+ years of managerial experience in traffic or related field.
• Proficiency in DOT regulations and transportation management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TMS software.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10lbs and work in a distribution center environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TruckMate, PC Miler, Fleetmatics, and RoadNet.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with upper management and lead a diverse workforce effectively.
• Analyze data and implement strategies for process improvement.
