You'll work side-by-side with the VP of Operations and executive leadership to not just manage logistics—but engineer smarter, scalable solutions across our multi-warehouse and global distribution network.

What You'll Own

• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records
• Partner with leadership to develop and refine multi-warehouse logistics strategies
• Manage vendor relationships, including RFQs for freight and warehousing services
• Optimize freight operations—domestic and international—with cost analysis and execution
• Navigate relationships with multiple 3PL partners to ensure operational excellence
• Monitor, measure, and elevate performance across the supply chain

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree + 4+ years in logistics/supply chain or 8+ years of hands-on experience
• Deep knowledge of domestic and international freight and cost structures
• A knack for building freight strategies that scale with business growth
• Experience running RFQs and managing 3rd party logistics in a high-volume distribution environment
• Bonus points for experience in consumer goods industries
