Logistics Customer Service Representative with strong experience in SAP, particularly the Sales and Distribution (SD) module. This role serves as the connection between our Sales and Operations teams, helping drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Order Management: Oversee the timely and accurate creation of Orders in SAP and digital platforms, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies before processing.

· Supply Chain & Logistics: Experienced in outbound logistics, order fulfillment, and distribution processes. Heavy usage of SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Cross-Team Communication: Coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external customers to support on-time and accurate order fulfillment. Address delays and disruptions with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints across the entire Order-to-Cash process, maintaining service quality in compliance with company policies.
• Credit & Payment Oversight: Collaborate on credit control tasks, monitor customer payment behaviors, and resolve issues tied to invoice or credit holds. Initiate credit releases when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in order management, outbound logistics. Chemical industry is a plus.
• Expert SAP experience with a focus on the SD module
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
