The Logistics Coordinator manages SAP delivery creation, inventory reconciliation and order routing/coordination for ADFORS America. The incumbent will ensure orders are properly managed and communication among all key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations and Distribution) occurs.
The incumbent is responsible for managing dotcom inventory and system updates. They will coordinate with the ecommerce team to identify trends and continuous improvement plans within the ecommerce business. This position will also work with Information Systems to investigate EDI communication errors with customers and manage available to promise (ATP).
This position will be responsible for filing claims, disputing fines, and investigating transportation invoicing issues while aligning their work with the Sr. Supply Chain Manager, who is responsible for distribution and transportation activities. The Logistics Coordinator will monitor warehouse shipping activities to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner, and will route orders according to customer guidelines and requirements.
Additionally, the incumbent will work with the finance team to ensure accuracy of inventory through auditing and investigation of any discrepancies.
This position may be required to travel to the manufacturing facilities and warehouses and maintain a flexible schedule to support the business. -
Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field is required. Minimum 2+ years of work-related skill and experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, or related field. In lieu of a degree, additional years of experience may be considered. Must be sales and service oriented and possess strong organizational skills, be thorough, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $59,500 to $92,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 8% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $64,260-TTC to $99,900-TTC. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
