As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing daily freight assignments and managing load life cycles within a designated region/customer base. Your primary goal is to ensure shipments are covered in a timely and cost-effective manner using qualified carriers that meet NEL's hiring criteria.

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Bonus

• Your earnings are based on your ability to hustle, negotiate, and successfully cover loads.
• Base salary of 50-55k plus uncapped monthly bonus opportunities.
• Bonus potential averaging $1,000 - $3,000 + per month, based on performance.

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Familiarity with freight brokerage or truckload operations (preferred, not required)
• Ability to work onsite at either our Cranberry Township or Mechanicsburg office.
