Other duties may be assigned.Coordinate and manage the daily logistics operations, including scheduling and overseeing shipments, transportation, and deliveries.Communicate with carriers and other partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.Prepare and maintain necessary shipping and transportation documentation, including bills of lading, customs documents, and invoices.Track and manage shipments from origin to destination, resolving any issues that may arise during transit.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities.Assist with the management of returns, damages, or discrepancies in deliveries.Other duties as assigned.INTERACTIONThis position will interact closely with the Sr. Logistics Coordinator, Warehouse Manager, Sr. Manager of Logistics, Sales Support Team, Inventory Specialist, and Project Managers.Education/Years ExperienceBachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics Coordination roles required.REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
