Logistics Coordinator - The Bolton Group : Job Details

Logistics Coordinator with an International Company.

Job Duties include:

Monitor the execution of customer deliveries throughout the network, proactively communicate customer ETA s or delays to ensure that customer expectations and performance indicators and are met.

Providing real time support for ordering, retrieval & issue resolution.

Validation and documentation of pallet retrieval paperwork to initiate billing

Lead and develop process improvements or design new processes in accordance with 48forty Solutions business needs and vision.

Provide customers with strong product knowledge and specifications.

Provide support and collaborate with all business units that directly impact orders and deliveries of our pallets, with the goal to achieve timely and accurate service and exceed customer expectations.
