Logistics Clerk - Momentive Technologies : Job Details

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials throughout our supply chain. This dynamic position involves coordinating and executing critical logistics functionsincluding material handling, shipment preparation, receiving, and outbound shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will directly support our operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for inspecting inbound shipments, unloading trailers, and completing goods receipts.
• Assist in delivery creation, creating and managing documents, preparing materials for shipment, and loading trailers.
• As required, perform container inspections and load containers.
• Support the Logistics Team Leader the daily logistics duties as required.
• Interact with internal customers, manufacturing, commercial, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Communicate directly with carriers and freight forwarders for shipments.
• Responsible for inputs and outputs in ERP (S4 Hana).
• Provide support for VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
• Train and assist others as required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Report maintenance requirements on the equipment used.
• Work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements.
• Perform other work as required.

• GED or Highschool Diploma
• Minimum 5 years of Logistics Experience
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Effectively communicate both written and verbal with supervisor, peers, local teams
• Ability to obtain a forklift license

• Commercial Team, Supply Chain, Quality, Carriers, and Freight Forwarders

• No hazardous material handling
